We offer many different modules to suit anyone, from those that have never practiced yoga or meditation, or anyone who is looking to enhance their own practice.

Our signature experiences include; meditation, nature earthing, forest bathing (not a real bath!), guided meditation, nature healing and journalling to name a few…

All experiences are reflective of the needs to the group or the individual and modules can be tailored specifically for your needs.
